Nikkei is a fusion of bold Peruvian flavors and precise Japanese techniques. Its story began at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, when Japanese immigrants in Peru combined their culinary skills with the diverse local ingredients. From these encounters emerged a cuisine full of contrasts: delicate yet bold, familiar yet surprising.

At SenSa, we serve Nikkei cuisine just the way it tastes best, so everyone can taste, share, and savor every bite together. Because food tastes even better when it’s shared.
